Should I repair or replace my furnace?
Under about twelve years old with a repair costing a fraction of replacement, repair usually wins. We give you both numbers and let you decide — we will not quote a replacement to avoid a repair.
What if you find a cracked heat exchanger?
We will show you, shut the system down, and explain the options immediately. A cracked exchanger can leak carbon monoxide and is not something to manage around.
