How do you find a leak without tearing out walls?
Acoustic listening, pressure testing and thermal imaging. Most leaks are pinpointed to a small area before we cut anything.
What is a slab leak?
A leak in a line running under the concrete slab, often showing as a warm floor spot or an unexplained bill. It needs locating precisely before repair.
Should I repipe or keep repairing?
If leaks are recurring on old galvanised or polybutylene, repiping is usually the better spend. One leak on otherwise sound copper is worth simply repairing.
Can you fix a pipe that froze and split?
Yes, and we will insulate the run afterward so the same section does not split again next winter.
