Yes. AC condenser repairs are covered by our labor warranty on workmanship plus the manufacturer’s warranty on any replacement parts, and every job is backed by our Home Comfort Guarantee. Coverage terms are stated in writing on your invoice before you approve the work.

Two Kinds of Coverage

Labor warranty covers our workmanship. If a repair we performed does not hold, we come back and make it right — no second diagnostic fee, no argument about whose fault it was.

Parts warranty comes from the manufacturer and varies by component. Capacitors, contactors, and fan motors carry their own terms; major components like compressors typically carry longer coverage. We register applicable warranties on your behalf and tell you what each part carries at the time of the quote.

What Coverage Actually Depends On

The specific terms vary with the type of repair, the part used, and the age and condition of the system. A new component installed in a well-maintained ten-year-old unit is a different proposition than one installed in a system already at end of life — and we will say so plainly rather than implying a warranty makes an aging condenser whole again.

Keeping Coverage Intact

Most manufacturer warranties require professional installation and, in many cases, documented annual maintenance. Skipping service can void coverage on exactly the expensive components you most want covered. An annual AC tune-up creates that documentation while also catching the next problem early. Care Club members get scheduled maintenance, member pricing, and priority dispatch.

Why This Matters More Than the Paper

A warranty is only as good as the company standing behind it. Contractors that open and close within a few years leave homeowners holding coverage nobody will honor. B. Carlson has served Albuquerque since 1971 — which is the real reason our warranty means something.

When Replacement Is the Honest Answer

If your condenser is old enough that a warrantied repair only buys a season, we will tell you and show you the replacement number beside the repair number. New installations carry longer manufacturer coverage, and financing is available.
