Yes. Our Care Club is a home maintenance program covering heating, cooling, and plumbing on a single membership — scheduled seasonal service, member pricing on repairs, and priority dispatch when something fails.

What the Program Covers

  • Spring AC maintenance — coil cleaning, capacitor load testing, refrigerant verification, condensate drain flushing
  • Fall furnace maintenance — heat exchanger inspection, ignitor and flame sensor testing, combustion analysis with carbon monoxide testing
  • Plumbing inspection — water pressure measurement, shutoff valve checks, and water heater flushing and anode rod inspection
  • Member pricing on every repair, including after-hours calls
  • Priority dispatch ahead of non-members
  • Documented service history, which many manufacturer warranties require to keep coverage valid

Where the Value Actually Is

Priority dispatch during the weeks that matter. The first sustained hot stretch and the first hard freeze each generate a metro-wide surge, and every contractor in Albuquerque books solid within days. Being ahead of that queue is worth more than the repair discount.

Maintenance that actually happens. Most homeowners know they should flush the water heater and service the AC each spring. Very few do. The program is largely a mechanism for making sure it gets done.

Hard water protection. Albuquerque’s mineral content shortens water heater life more than in most markets, and the two things that prevent it — annual flushing and anode rod replacement — are exactly what gets skipped, because most people do not know the anode rod exists.

What It Prevents

Capacitors and ignitors failing during a heat wave or a freeze. Water heaters failing at eight years instead of twelve. Nearly every emergency call we take is deferred maintenance arriving at the worst possible moment.

One Membership, Whole House

Because we handle heating, cooling, and plumbing, one plan covers everything rather than separate agreements with separate contractors.
