What the Program Covers

Where the Value Actually Is
Priority dispatch during the weeks that matter. The first sustained hot stretch and the first hard freeze each generate a metro-wide surge, and every contractor in Albuquerque books solid within days. Being ahead of that queue is worth more than the repair discount.
Maintenance that actually happens. Most homeowners know they should flush the water heater and service the AC each spring. Very few do. The program is largely a mechanism for making sure it gets done.
