Yes. Our Care Club covers heating, cooling, and plumbing on one membership — scheduled seasonal maintenance, member pricing on repairs including after-hours calls, and priority dispatch when something goes wrong.
What Membership Includes
- Scheduled seasonal maintenance — spring AC service and fall furnace service, so it actually happens rather than getting deferred another year
- Plumbing inspections, including water heater flushing and anode rod checks
- Member pricing on every repair
- Priority dispatch ahead of non-members
- Documented service history, which many manufacturer warranties require to keep coverage valid
Where the Value Actually Is
Priority dispatch during peak weeks. The first sustained hot stretch and the first hard freeze each generate a metro-wide surge, and every contractor books solid within days. Being ahead of that queue is worth more than the discount.
The maintenance actually happening. Most homeowners know they should flush the water heater and service the AC each spring. Very few do. A membership is mostly a mechanism for making sure it gets done.
Hard water protection. Albuquerque’s mineral content shortens water heater life more than in most markets, and the two things that prevent it — annual flushing and anode rod replacement — are exactly what homeowners skip because they do not know the anode rod exists.
What It Prevents
Capacitors and ignitors that fail during a heat wave or a freeze. Water heaters that fail at eight years instead of twelve. Drain lines that back up because nobody cleaned them. Nearly every emergency call we take is deferred maintenance arriving at the worst moment.
One Membership, Both Trades
Because we handle heating, cooling, and plumbing, one plan covers the house rather than separate agreements.
