Cleanings carry a workmanship guarantee on the clearing itself. The honest caveat, which we tell you up front: if a camera shows the underlying cause is root intrusion, a sag in the line, or a cracked joint, a cleaning is a temporary measure by nature — the line will re-block until the cause is addressed. We will not sell you an open-ended guarantee on clearing a pipe that needs repair.
Repairs and Replacements
Sewer repairs and replacements carry substantially longer coverage on both workmanship and materials, along with manufacturer warranties on the pipe and fittings used. These are the jobs where a warranty means the most, and we put the specific terms on the invoice.
