Three ways: call and speak with a team member, book online through our contact page, or use the scheduling button on any page. Emergency lines are answered 24 hours a day; routine maintenance and repairs are typically booked within a few days.

How to Book

  • By phone. Fastest for anything urgent. A real person answers around the clock, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Online. Submit a request any time through our contact form and a coordinator follows up to confirm a window.
  • Schedule Service button. Available site-wide for quick booking without a phone call.

What to Have Ready

You will get a faster, more accurate visit if you can share the system type (furnace, AC, heat pump, evaporative cooler, boiler), roughly how old it is, what symptoms you are seeing, whether the problem is constant or intermittent, and any error codes on the thermostat or control board. Photos of the equipment label help too.

Timing Matters in New Mexico

Demand spikes hard the first genuinely hot week of summer and the first hard freeze. Every HVAC company in Albuquerque books out at once. If you want a cooling tune-up, schedule it in March or April; for furnace maintenance, September or October. You will get your choice of times instead of a wait.

If it is already an emergency — no cooling in a heat wave, no heat in a freeze, burning smells, or a gas odor — call rather than submitting a form. Those go straight to emergency AC repair or emergency heating repair dispatch.

What Happens Next

You get an arrival window and a courtesy call ahead of the technician. On site, we diagnose first, explain what we found in plain language, and give you a firm written price before any work starts. Repairs are covered by our Home Comfort Guarantee, with financing on larger projects.

Care Club members get priority scheduling and member pricing. We serve Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, Los Lunas, and more.
