- HVAC installers
- Licensed plumbers and drain and sewer technicians
- Apprentices looking to enter the trades
- Dispatch, customer service, and administrative staff
What We Look For
Technical skill matters, and so does how you talk to people in their home. Our technicians explain problems in plain language and give homeowners the information to decide — which requires patience as much as diagnostic ability. NATE certification and New Mexico plumbing licensure are valued, and we support technicians pursuing them.
What Makes This Different
Worth stating plainly, because it is unusual in this industry: our technicians are not paid on commission. You are here to diagnose the problem and recommend what the diagnosis supports, not to hit a sales number. Technicians who have worked under commission structures generally understand immediately why that matters.
Why People Stay
We have served Albuquerque since 1971 — a long run in an industry with a lot of turnover. Steady year-round work across heating, cooling, and plumbing means the seasonal swings that affect single-trade shops are less pronounced here.
