Same-Day Service
Most service calls handled same-day across the Albuquerque metro — and we answer the phone 24/7.
Indoor Air Quality
Older Albuquerque homes leak enough that fresh air arrives whether you want it or not. Newer and well-retrofitted homes do not, and once a house is genuinely tight, indoor pollutants, humidity from cooking and showering, and CO2 all accumulate.
The fix is controlled ventilation rather than opening windows — a system that exchanges air deliberately, and in the better designs recovers most of the heating or cooling energy from the air it exhausts.
What We See
Stale air has clear symptoms.
Odours that hang for hours point to inadequate exchange.
Extraction that cannot clear moisture is undersized or ducted badly.
Rising CO2 in a tight, closed house is a genuine comfort factor.
Tight construction almost always needs deliberate ventilation designed in.
What We Do
Ventilation matched to how tight your house actually is.
How It Works
Tell us what the system is doing. We schedule same-day where we can, 24/7 for emergencies.
A technician tests the system and finds the actual fault instead of guessing at parts.
You see the price and approve it before any work starts. No hourly meter.
We complete the work, re-test the system, and leave the site clean.
Save on the work your home needs most.

Both recover heat. An ERV also transfers some moisture, which matters more in a dry climate where you would rather not exhaust all your humidity.
Slightly, but recovery ventilation reclaims most of the energy. It costs far less than opening windows.
They are spot ventilation, which is necessary but not the same as whole-home air exchange.
Often not — older Albuquerque homes usually leak enough already. We assess before recommending anything.
