Usually to within a small area, which is normally enough to open a single access point rather than a wall.
Can you find leaks under concrete?
Yes. Slab leaks are among the most common we locate, using acoustic and thermal methods together.
Do I need detection if I can already see water?
Not always — but water travels along framing, so the visible damp is often some distance from the actual leak.
What does it cost?
