Yes. Plumbing repairs carry our workmanship warranty on the labor plus manufacturer warranties on any parts installed, and every job is backed by our Home Comfort Guarantee. Terms are stated in writing on your invoice before you approve the work.
Two Layers of Coverage
Workmanship warranty covers what we did. If a repair does not hold, we return and correct it — no second diagnostic fee, no argument about cause. This is the coverage that matters most, because poor execution is far more common than a defective part.
Parts warranty comes from the manufacturer and varies by component. Water heaters, fixtures, valves, and pumps all carry their own terms, and we register applicable coverage on your behalf and tell you what each carries at the time of the quote.
How Terms Vary by Job
A drain cleaning and a whole-home repipe carry very different coverage, and we say which applies rather than implying one blanket guarantee. On drain work specifically we are direct about a real limitation: if a camera shows the underlying cause is root intrusion, a sag, or a crack, a cleaning is temporary by nature — the line will re-block until the cause is addressed. We will not sell an open-ended guarantee on clearing a pipe that needs repair.
What Keeps Coverage Valid
Many manufacturer warranties require documented professional maintenance. On water heaters in Albuquerque’s hard water, a tank that fails from sediment-driven corrosion after years without flushing is exactly the claim a manufacturer will scrutinize. Annual service through the Care Club creates the documentation and prevents the failure.
Why the Company Behind It Matters
A warranty is only worth what the business honoring it is worth. Contractors that open and close within a few years leave homeowners holding paper nobody will service — and buried, expensive work like sewer lines and repipes is exactly where that hurts. B.
