We think so, but the useful answer is what to verify: we have served Albuquerque since 1971, our HVAC technicians are NATE-certified and our plumbers licensed in New Mexico, we are BBB-accredited, and our technicians are not paid on commission. All of that is checkable, and you should check it — for us and for anyone else you consider.

What You Can Verify

  • Licensing and insurance. We are licensed and insured in New Mexico for HVAC and plumbing, with liability coverage and workers’ compensation. Ask any contractor for the license number and a certificate of insurance.
  • Certifications. NATE certification for HVAC technicians, earned by testing on real-world knowledge and maintained through continuing education. BBB accreditation for the company.
  • Time in this market. Since 1971 — which matters most for warranties, since a ten-year guarantee is worth what the company behind it is worth.
  • Reviews. Read ours, and look for patterns rather than individual ratings: arriving in the window, explaining clearly, finishing the first visit, and how the company responds when something went wrong.

The Question Most People Do Not Ask

Are technicians paid on commission? Ours are not, and it explains more about what you will be recommended than any credential does. A technician compensated on ticket size has a financial reason to suggest replacement over repair — regardless of how well trained they are. It is worth asking every contractor you call.
