What It Covers
- Workmanship on every repair and installation. If our work does not hold, we return and make it right — no second diagnostic fee, no argument about cause.
- Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment, registered for you at installation rather than left as paperwork you forget.
- The price you approved. Flat rate in writing before work starts, so a job that turns complicated costs what you agreed to — including on after-hours emergency calls.
- Both trades. Heating, cooling, plumbing, and drains and sewers under the same guarantee.
What We Will Tell You Honestly
Terms vary by job, and we say which applies rather than implying one blanket promise covers everything. On drain cleaning specifically: if a camera shows the underlying cause is root intrusion, a sag, or a cracked joint, a cleaning is temporary by nature — the line will re-block until the cause is addressed. We will not sell an open-ended guarantee on clearing a pipe that needs repair.
Why the Company Behind It Matters
This is the part that actually determines whether a guarantee means anything. Contractors that open and close within a few years leave homeowners holding paper nobody will honor — and buried, expensive work like sewer lines, repipes, and system replacements is exactly where that hurts.
