Furnace Repair
The failures we see most in Albuquerque and Santa Fe homes: failed ignitors and flame sensors, blower motor and capacitor problems, control board faults, gas valve issues, limit switch lockouts, cracked heat exchangers, and thermostat or wiring faults. Maintenance and Tune-Ups
An annual furnace maintenance visit covers the heat exchanger inspection, ignitor and flame sensor testing, gas pressure verification, combustion analysis with carbon monoxide testing, safety control checks, blower cleaning, and filter service. The heat exchanger inspection alone justifies the visit — a crack is a CO hazard and is invisible without one.
Installation and Replacement
When a furnace reaches end of life, we run a load calculation rather than matching the old unit’s BTU rating, evaluate ductwork and combustion air, handle permitting, and register manufacturer warranties.
